• SocialMedia Channel Management: Support the digitalmarketing and promotions of Vital Voices events on our social mediachannels including, but not limited to proactive content drafting,planning and scheduling event promotions, and online communityengagement management on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube,LinkedIn, and online invitation applications (such as Evite andSplash).
• Online PropertyReporting and Analytics: Prepare regular analyticsreports with data on online channel performance, leveraging allavailable insights, including Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics,Meta Analytics, and other Analyze findings and assess contentbehaviors; implement findings and adjustments to maximize audiencegrowth, reach and ;
• ContentCreation and Management: Leverage Adobe CreativeSuite and Canva to create graphic content for Vital Voices andrelated efforts including, but not limited to invitations,promotional graphics featuring events and speakers, social mediatiles and graphics for ;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree and 2-4 years of experienceworking in communications or representing an organization/companythrough social media
• Excellent oral andwritten communications skills
• Strongorganizational and time management skills and meticulous attentionto detail
• Experience in social media contentdrafting and platform management including on Facebook, Twitter,YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn , and analytics tools to track socialnetworking data, such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics
• Experience with socialmedia publishing, scheduling and content drafting platforms likeHootsuite preferred
• Experience producingsocial media content and communications support for live eventspreferred
• Experience using common websitecontent management systems such as WordPress
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud(Photoshop, Audacity, Lightroom) preferred
• Advanced computer literacy, including strongExcel and PowerPoint skills
• Great sense of humor, flexibility, team playerand multitasker
