Job Description Summary:

As the Services Commercial operations Manager, Saudi Arabia you will be responsible for leading the Healthcare Systems Commercial Operations for Services in Saudi Arabia.

This role reports directly to the Service Commercial Operations Director Emerging Markets.


Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for driving commercial operations activities including quotation, pricing, Policy 5.0/6.0 governance and orders quality.
  • Is accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of sales by segment per the normal reporting cycles and service sales bowler KPIs (Capture Rate (CR)/Market Share, Point of Sale (POS), Warranty Conversion, Renewal Rate, 0$ Install Base (IB) along with reconciliation of actuals.
  • Develop Commercial offerings in coordination with service sales to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organization objectives.
  • Lead all Service Sales operational reviews, prepare all necessary data/decks, consolidate information from the Local Customer Team (LCT) and drive the processes end to end.
  • Prioritize the opportunities and drive sales campaigns (leads, zero $ and digital etc.) in sync with the service Sales.
  • Support proactive IB retention and end of life process with modality and service teams.
  • Gives metrics visibility to Services sales management & front liners.
  • Set individual targets in Sync with leadership team for the year to deliver the revenue OP and drives funnel creation/conversion & backlog execution.
  • Directly manage LCT Commercial operations specialists' team responsible for Quotes and Tender (Q&T)
  • Provide support for timely resolution of commercial invoicing disputes in coordination with finance, Service Sales and field service teams.
  • Communicates effectively with equipment sales, services, and marketing colleagues to maximize all sales potential.
  • Is accountable to ensure compliance and execution of the regional sales process and rules.
  • Lead the service business CPQ (Configure Price & Quote) processes & tools.
  • Is responsible for driving optimal operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline as well as forecasting performance against revenue annual plan.
  • Continuously develops deep understanding of market dynamics such as customer purchasing behavior.
  • Drive deployment and adoption of commercial tools (SFDC, Apttus etc.)
  • Drive pricing strategy and Sales Margin (SM) with the Service Sales team.
  • Collaborate with franchise team on service pricing and T&Cs.
  • Special Projects as and when assigned.

Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from an accredited university or college
  • 7+ years' experience in sales, finance, management and or operations
  • Knowledge of service business
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence teams within a large, complex, and matrixed organization
  • Clear thinker with exceptional analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team
  • Executive level presentation skills
  • Proven commercial Acumen
  • Experience leading or managing projects of various size, duration and scope
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Reliable, responsive, attentive to detail
  • Action and results oriented
  • Certified Lean expert, Black Belt
  • Knowledge and experience of large complex sales and marketing processes
  • Healthcare industry knowledge
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; Initiative, selfconfident, strong team player
  • Exceptional skills as a change agent and processoriented individual
