    The key purpose of the Customer ServiceExpert is part of a team of O&M subject matter expertstasked with supporting the delivery of WorldClass O&Moperational standards and procedures and their implementationacross KSA government entities.

    Keyaccountabilities

    • Proactively leadthe development global best practice benchmarking and applicationof core customer service procedures and standards as a majorcomponent of the new National O&M Manual for Saudigovernment
    • Provide Customer Service subjectmatter expertise across all Saudi government entities eitheraccording to the strategic plan or in response to entityrequest
    • Support the matrixed organization inthe effective delivery of complex contract deliverables acrossO&M practice by holistically integrating customer servicethought leadership
    • Engage and maintain closeworking relationships within the client and its partner Consultancyin order to optimize O&M best practices
    • Insure the effective enablement of Saudi governmententity operational management by:

    What we arelooking for in our candidates:

    • Minimum 10 years experience in related field on national/ international major initiatives and developments.
    • Record of engagement with a wide range of stakeholdersand wider commercial and public sector stakeholders.
    • Expert in development and implementation of best practicestandards and processes.
    • Extensive experienceof working internationally (preference for Middle East /KSA).
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
    • A proven track record ofinstituting continuous improvement and change management

    Specific requirements

    • Bachelor of Science / Engineering or Service Industrydiscipline from an accredited university.
    • Demonstrable subject matter expertise (and whereappropriate accreditation) across the following elements ofO&M:
    • Customer service operations andstandards
    • Employee Happiness &satisfaction measurement
    • Multichannel customerservice systems
    • Customer feedback monitoringand reporting
    • Customer data security anduse
    • Communications & CRM
    • Facility Management
    • EmergencyManagement
    • Space Management
    • Janitorial / Cleaning Procedure Definition
