• Oversees planning, growth, and carrying out of all marketing strategies/communications and public relations events.
• Coordinate operations at a strategic and tactical level with other departments.
• Creates and implements Public Relations and Marketing pre/post opening marketing and communications plans.
• Also works with the team and/or external partners. Together, they form new ideas for image, advertising campaigns and marketing messages. There must be clear delivery of the property's desired image, along with its message and position.
• Oversees editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all publications, both in print and online.
• Manages media interests and ensures constant contact with the target media.
• Handles replies to requests and acts as the property's representative/spokesperson with the media.
• Manages and maintains good working relationships with key vendors which cover marketing and public relations functions.
• Oversee communications with guests.
• Must create shortterm/longterm plans and budgets for events
• Luxury Hotel experience is a plus but not a requirement. Experience in the Luxury fashions brands can also apply.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or related field
• 810 years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and initiatives
• Experience managing a team of public relations professionals; client side experience is a must
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Arabic language skills are desirable but not essential
• Strong media relations skills and existing relationships with key media outlets and influencers
• Experience managing crisis communications and working with senior executives
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment

• Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
