Job Context:

Working as a Project Manager entails managing project progress, finances, and risks, ensuring compliance with contracts and quality standards, maintaining customer relations.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Lead project teams, allocate tasks, and provide feedback
  • Ensure projects follow plans, policies, and best practices
  • Monitor and control project progress and resources
  • Monitor and control project finances, budgets, and invoices
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities
  • Ensure contract compliance, monitor terms, and coordinate procurement
  • Implement the company's quality strategies and ensure compliance
  • Act as the primary contact for customers and maintain relationships
  • Develop and implement HSE plans, enforce standards, and ensure a safe work environment
  • Monitor project financials, costs, and revenue
  • Provide regular project status reports for the top management
  • Perform tasks assigned by management
  • Be open to relocation and travel as needed
  • Monitor and control project costs, expenses, OCF, Revenue, NWC, GM, and %GM
  • Issue milestone invoices on time and following up with the customer to clear any overdues
  • Report the project KPIs during Divisional, BU, and Hub review meetings (Progress status, Deliverables completion, Milestone Variance, financial status, Risks update, Lesson Learned, completed activities and plan to complete)
  • Support Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations, claims, and project changes
  • Carry out any tasks assigned by management necessary to fulfill the job requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:


We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management for Electrification, Automation & Controls projects for external customers
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Water industry, specifically with SABIC & Saudi ARAMCO
  • Project Management Certification, preferably PMP
  • Proficiency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in leading teams and motivating individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of additional functions like Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Sales is preferred
  • Experience in electrical engineering and control system solutions, including EPC projects
  • Familiarity with FCM, SAP, PLW, and PR+ is preferable
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, decisionmaking, and influencing skills in line with company policy
  • Excellent presentation design and delivery skills
  • Ability to drive projects, manage execution, and handle uncertainties effectively
