We are seeking aprofessional and efficient Receptionist to join our team in RiyadhSaudi Arabia.
The Receptionist will be responsible for providingexceptional customer service while managing the front desk andperforming a variety of administrative tasks.
The ideal candidateshould have excellent communication skills a positive attitude andthe ability to multitask in a fastpacedenvironment.KeyResponsibilities:
Greet andwelcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriatedepartment or employee.
Manage the reception areaensuring it is clean organized and wellstocked.
Handleincoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of visitors calls andappointments.
Assist with general administrative taskssuch as filing data entry and photocopying.
Liaise withvendors and service providers to ensure office supplies andequipment are wellmaintained.
Adhere to company policiesand procedures to maintain the security of theoffice.
Qualifications andSkills:
High school diploma orequivalent.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist orin a similar role.
Excellent communication and customerservice skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite andbasic computer skills.
Ability to multitask andprioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Strongorganizational and timemanagement skills.
Professionaldemeanor and appearance.
Fluency in English and Arabic isrequired.
