This position is part of the Accounting Team of Khwarizmi Holding.

Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with Saudi Arabian accounting standards and regulations. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis. Manage and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.

Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns and other tax compliance requirements as per Saudi Arabian tax regulations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Support external audits and liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.

Stay updated on changes in Saudi Arabian accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance financial processes.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Saudi citizen.

Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA is good to have.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a Saudi Arabian company.

Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.

Proficiency in accounting ERP System.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
