Project Description**:

Luxoft is looking for a CLM experienced Senior Business Analyst (BA) to join our growing Practice and work on upcoming opportunities


Responsibilities:


  • Bring industry expertise in the CLM business and digitisation space
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the client and Luxoft, or Luxoft partner, throughout the project delivery
  • Build strong relationships across the client team, Luxoft, or Luxoft partner, project team and crossfunctional teams
  • Provide leadership and innovation within the solution design discussion, influencing bank clients in line with industry best practices and any system's core product offering
  • Support and advise bank clients in the build of their new CLM business and technical operating models
  • Work with clients to define scope, project roadmap and delivery phasing
  • Prepare and lead requirement gathering workshops with clients, including the subsequent documentation of same to support business processes and systems development, including use cases in an agile methodology
  • Manage the functional and technical documentation review and approval process with the client
  • Contribute to the project risk management identification, reporting and mitigation activities
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions to the bank client's business users
  • Maintain a strong connection with any system product roadmap and work with the appropriate vendors and clients to recognise, understand and record dependencies
  • Keep up to date with market, industry and regulatory trends to support knowledge sharing within the Practice and identify Practiceenhancing opportunities
  • Provide guidance and support to more junior team members


As the Senior BA you will be required to take a lead role in working with bank clients to design and optimise their CLM solution in line with their target state business and technical operating models and any system implementation.

Core to this role is the ability to build strong relationships with the client across both business and technical teams, working confidently with all key stakeholders.

The Senior BA is required to work with clients to define scope (MVP and programme), plan and maintain project roadmap and delivery phasing, understand their business and technical operating models and processes and their operational and regulatory challenges.

Further activities will include, but not be limited to, facilitating workshops, giving presentations and process or system walkthroughs, eliciting and shaping requirements, creating and maintaining appropriate project documentation, supporting business users through knowledge transfer, training and adoption and, where applicable, working with developer and testing teams.

There is a need to continually demonstrate a high degree of industry and system product proficiency with absolute professionalism.


Skills:

Must have

  • 5+ years' of experience as a Business Analyst working in a client facing capacity incorporating business change and system implementation projects
  • 3+ years' of experience in the CLM space covering key areas such as client journeys, KYC, AML, Screening, Regulations and Transaction Monitoring
  • Clientfacing experience possessing excellent presentation skills, comfortable leading meetings and managing client expectations
  • Proficient in delivering design solutions, clear even in a complex context
  • Good leadership skills in order to coordinate project stakeholders and elicit and prioritise requirements
  • Ability to recognise effective ways of working between different clients and be flexible to adapt the approach accordingly, while maintaining and meeting underlying methodology principles (agile, waterfall, iterative)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail when it comes to creating and maintaining project documentation for processes, policies or procedures
  • Understanding, defining and adapting business processes and system workflows
  • Working with data models and related activities such as golden source, mapping, remediation and migration
  • Understanding, defining and maintaining inputs for a system's business rules engine
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps (AzDo)
