- repare dashboards and relevant reports. C

- nsure that all users of P6 are using identical configurations, such as user rights, project calendar, monthly reporting calendar, reporting templates, dashboards, work breakdown structure dictionary, etc. E
- anage the SharePoint-based document control system (i.e. creation of project sites within SharePoint, creation and maintenance of user access to the project sites, correct usage of document approval workflows, close liaison with the Lead Project Document Control Specialist, backup and archival of completed projects, etc.). I
- nforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. P
- erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

- achelor's degree from an accredited university. P
- rofessional experience of at least 5 years, including Project Management Program in large projects. M
- ust have experience implementing PMIS systems like Oracle Primavera Unifier, Aconex and PMWeb. P
- ossessing oral and editorial communication skills. T
- he ability to guide individuals and train them during their job. E
- xperience in project management programs. E
- xperience in the automation of procedures. P
- ossessing an experience in modern techniques for innovation in projects
