• Assist with the collaboration of project leadership and line management to gain an understanding of key requirements, specifications; assist in develop and agree on the project scope and site plan for assigned projects for presentation to line management and project leadership.
• Assist and influence the timely conduction of preliminary studies of the site (including contours, soil, ecology, buildings, drainage systems etc.) to review, influence, and report on the best masterplan solutions as per project requirements while managing and maintaining cost efficiencies and project leadership satisfaction.
• Assist with the preparation of detailed drawings together with the consultants as directed by line management and project leadership, to facilitate the cost assessment process and ensure adherence to defined standards and procedures.
• Advise and help with the cost estimation for the accurate development of scope of work and assist with creating/updating the records to facilitate availability of information.
