• Assist with the collaboration ofproject leadership and line management to gain an understanding ofkey requirements, specifications; assist in develop and agree onthe project scope and site plan for assigned projects forpresentation to line management and projectleadership.
• Assist and influence the timelyconduction of preliminary studies of the site (including contours,soil, ecology, buildings, drainage systems etc.) to review,influence, and report on the best masterplan solutions as perproject requirements while managing and maintaining costefficiencies and project leadershipsatisfaction.
• Assist with the preparation ofdetailed drawings together with the consultants as directed by linemanagement and project leadership, to facilitate the costassessment process and ensure adherence to defined standards andprocedures.
• Advise and help with the costestimation for the accurate development of scope of work and assistwith creating/updating the records to facilitate availability ofinformation.
