Our client is a healthcare-focus investment vehicle, with an aim to fulfil the unmet need of the healthcare consumer.

The Client established a range of partnerships with reputable international players to develop a fully integrated healthcare ecosystem to serve the Saudi population.

The clients extended long-term care and rehabilitation division (LTC division) aims to become one of the leading players in the Saudi market.

With a 220 beds hospital under construction and 2 fully funded hospitals, the Client aims to develop over the next 5 years 2,000 beds within 9 facilities within the Kingdom.

The client is currently looking for a CEO.

C-Level Management Essential Functions:

Overseeing the project(s) under construction and ensuring the respect of the approved budget and deadlines
Coordinating and managing the different stakeholders of the project (Consultant, contractor, operator, bank, etc)
Developing regular reports to the top management about the project(s) progress
Developing a proper governance system for the project expenses approvals and payments
Developing a master plan for the pre-operating phase that will cover the different aspects of recruitment/hiring, procurement, securing the necessary licenses from the different authorities
Managing the different contracts in place for the operator and others to meet the different targets defined by the top management
Working closely with the operator to prepare a detailed operational plan for the pre-operating phase and after soft opening
Supporting the finance team in the fundraising efforts for the other projects by participating in different meetings and providing insights about the business and operating model
Develops specialized clinical programs in collaboration with the operator and internal teams (i.e., Medical, therapy team, Quality, business development, marketing, revenue cycle, HR, etc.)
Drive the strategy planning in effective and efficient utilization of personnel, financial, clinical and administrative resources and in clinical program and service line development
Ensures the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place.
Securing all required licenses to start the operations (MoH, Civil defense, CCHI, Municipality, etc)
Working to secure contracts with different payers to secure a solid reimbursement system for the services that will be provided at the hospital(s)
Management and oversight with the operator) of Rehabilitation services & programs
Providing input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
Implementing a procurement system and hiring the necessary team to equip the hospital and make it ready for operations.
Develops systems and procedures with the operator to facilitate the growth of patient admissions which will include the development and management of relationships with the different stakeholders

Drive the strategy planning in effective and efficient utilization of personnel, financial, clinical and administrative resources and in clinical program and service line development; specifically working with the operator and senior executive team leadership to develop written strategic plans.

Collaborates with Human Resources to attract and retain clinical, direct care staff, support staff and leaders under the operations structure
