We are currently looking for Innovation & Design Sr.

Manager, who will manage, run and continuously improve the service and experience innovation projects and lead internal practice building and operations.


Requirements:


Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in English and in Arabic
  • Preferably: Master's Degree in Innovation, Design Management, MBA
  • Excellent skills in digital Office tools
  • Previous experience in consulting, Design studios and Innovation Management roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • 5+ Years of experience in Innovation and Design field
  • Technical/Business background
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent planning and designing skills
  • Strong crossfunctional collaboration and relationship management ability.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Good knowledge of business performance measurement techniques and methodologies
  • Excellent facilitation skills of ideation and design sprints
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

Important Skills needed:

  • Expert on Innovation Management and Service Design
  • Expert on User Experience, Customer Experience and Service Design
  • Proficiency in Design Thinking Process and tools
  • Proficiency in Agile Delivery methodologies
  • Proficiency in Service Blueprinting
  • Proficiency in Customer Journey mapping
  • Proficiency in Concept Development (sketches, storyboards, rapid prototyping and mockups)
