Your Job


Ensure timely response to different stakeholder in case of any deviation x expected production plan to mitigate customer impact and waste.

Have schedules open to ensure proper Order Entry, right run rates, target and other parameter are properly kept ensuring a consistent Master Production plan (S&OE), Production adherence monitoring.

Follow the Master Production plan (S&OE), optimizing in the best way the production sequence.


Our Team
The opportunity is for SCM- Planning team reporting into Master Planner Leader.

Key Relationship for this role will be Customer Service Team, Manufacturing leaders, Procurement, Inventory Planner, Warehouse, Logistics, Scheduling Business Process Owner, Purchase Scheduler.


What You Will Do

  • Ensure the MTS is available following the service proposition defined for the region (proper ATP)
  • Have schedules open to ensure proper Order Entry, right run rates, target and other parameter are properly kept ensuring a consistent Master Production plan (S&OE).
  • Follow the Master Production plan (S&OE), optimizing in the best way the production sequence.
  • Timely identification of gaps in the supply plant to support the confirmed sales orders, reacting on that to mitigate issues and potential OTIF impacts.
  • Proper data maintenance in the system to minimize waste in the scheduling and Order Management Process.
  • Ensure timely response to different stakeholder in case of any deviation x expected production plan to mitigate customer impact and waste.
  • Provide feedback to operations in case of misses and plan to mitigate potential gap
  • Proactively communicate any unsolved issue to the schedules that would result as an impact the confirmed Orders to the customers (OTIF).
  • Timely response to inquires and/or expedite requirements from Inside Sales to ensure the response to the customers as expected.
  • Demonstrate the right behaviour connected to our culture

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Strong planning capabilities and theory of constrains.
  • Production line (following the define scope) constrain rules and capabilities.
  • Proficiency using technology tools in the organization supporting the scheduling process, including reports.
  • Communication written and oral and presentation.
  • Sense of urgency and customer focus.
  • Organization and detail oriented.
  • Business knowledge
  • Collaboration ability to work with different teams and organizations

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Education in field of expertise like operations, supply chain management, engineer, or equivalent years in experience.
  • Proficient in English (for the countries nonnative in English) considering the regional connection (other languages might be a plus in specific cases).
  • Potential Carrier Path: Purchase Scheduler, Master Planner Leader, Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Scheduling Business Process Owner Analyst, Inventory Planner.
