About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and motivated
HRBP to support the HR team in reinforcing a culture of performance focus and diversity in line with established corporate objectives, policies and procedures


Job Summary

The HRBP will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources while being a proactive communicator and change agent who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. Strategically analyze market data, trends, and metrics to guide senior management to ensure regulatory compliance with market requirements. The role is based in Jeddah with the mandate of overseeing all HR retail businesses and managing the fashion business in Riyadh.


Job Duties

  • Plan and manage the implementation of manpower planning in Retail KSA.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align and support the overall business direction.
  • Improve the quality of the workforce, its motivation and ability to deliver business goals.
  • Develop a process to attract, identify and retain talent and recognize successors of critical roles.
  • Analyse the internal and external data trends and metrics and provide proactive people related approach.
  • Develop succession plans and retention strategies for key talent and positions.
  • Develop and execute a learning and development plan that equips individuals with necessary skills.
  • Formulate and implement performance management plans to improve performance or assist with exit from the organisation.
  • Actively and ensure the implementation of digital agenda in KSA.
  • Ensure training needs of key and high potential staff are identified and delivered.
  • Ensure all key positions have identified successors.
  • Support line managers in creating a culture of employee engagement based upon 'Al Futtaim Way' values.
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Act as an advisor to line managers in order to educate them and minimize risk. Ensure compliance with local law and Group policy throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure disciplinary procedure is properly applied before any employee is exited from the business.
  • Act as a trusted business partner and coach to senior line management.
  • Focus on measuring the employee engagement of the business units and take actions necessary to improve it.
  • Play an advisory role in creating and managing a lean and multiskilled workforce.
  • Support and facilitate the implementation of business structure reorganization and consolidation to deliver efficiencies.
  • Play a key role in communicating organizational messages and monitoring feedback within the business units.
  • Ensure compliance with localisation policy and targets.
  • Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention
  • Provide line management with regular and financial reporting of employee costs.
  • Ensure annual manpower budgeting exercise is conducted accurately and efficiently.
  • To review and strengthen business internal controls and procedures, ensure compliance of DOA and provide leadership on process and governance.
  • To ensure that Saudiazation and Feminization focus is maintained, reinforced and achieved.

About the Requirements:


  • Minimum 7 years' experience in HR, min 2 years in a similar role
  • Business Acumen
  • Previous experience in HR transformation programs and change management
  • Solid Stakeholders management
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner
  • Strong team player, with ability to take initiative and operate independently. Able to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in working in international and complex organizations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality and meeting deadlines are your trademark

Preferred qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Human resource, or related field.
  • Professional qualifications in HR i.e. C
