    • Build a cost module for each new project and share it with the Operation Manager.
    • Sending booking cash on hand to Finance Team.
    • Monitoring the cash on hand settlement with Finance Team.
    • Follow up with Finance Team to issue the Customer invoice based on Customer credit term and Pricing Module.
    • Controlling the shipments cost and maximizing the profitability.
    • Revising the fleet tariff in order to reach the best transportation tariff that will help NAQLA to provide the customers with competitive prices and to organize the transportation market.
    • To prepare Monthly Production, performance and profitability Reports.
    • Review prices on dashboard.
    • Review and confirm operation expenses.
    • Update finance team in case of any amended prices / cost reductions.
    • Coordinate and approve delays with operation and fleet.
    • Review with finance drivers settlements.
    • Managing and review running outsourcing contracts.
    • Coordinate with accounting to update debt on finished jobs and follow up the unsettled amounts and reason.


    Requirements

    • Bachelor s degree in accounting or relevant field is strongly preferred.
    • Minimum 1 year experience working in cost control.
    • English language is MUST.
    • Advanced Excel is a MUST
