Companyfrom the Oil & Gas industry is looking for aFieldOperatoronboardan FPSOforan offshore project located in IvoryCoast.

MISSION:

Execute the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up andoperation activities at Site. Ensure that the activities executioncomply with the relevant operating procedures, the HSE requirementsand the scheduled time. Execute all operations activities such asoperation procedures preparation, QA / QC certification, FireFighting System usage, HSE system usage and Integrated ControlSystem usage in the relevant field of interest. Execute maintenanceand inspection activities for safe operation in the relevant fieldof interest.
Operate/monitorplant process and utilities systems effectively and safely
Facilitate routine maintenanceby isolations and reinstatement liaising with Control Room operatorand ProductionSupervisor

TASKS:

Ensures that all activities under his responsibility are done infull compliance with the HSE requirements
Acknowledge the involvement ofits job role in the permit to work system and verifies the safetymeasures described in the permit to work for its job roleinvolvement, including area preparation and restoration
Identifies and control hazardsto avoid damage to equipment, personnel and the environment
Perform frequent safety andquality observations in the field and report findings
Executes the Pre-Commissioning,Commissioning & Start-up activities according to theapproved procedures
Monitors andlog the operating parameters of the plant through field and DCS
Makes decision for stoppingequipment based on experience and abnormalsituations
Pre-commissioning,Commissioning, Start-Up/Shutdown and operations of plant processand utilities systems understanding safe limits of operations
Understand/implement all companyprocedures applicable to job (Isolations, Permit to work,Operational, Fire and G as, etc.)
Know emergency response actionsand duties as required in abnormal/emergency situation, as per theEmergency Response Procedure
Knowand understand safe working practices and actions required tomaximise safety and minimise commercial loss
Prepare/isolate plant forintrusive maintenance in accordance with the isolation and safetyprocedures
Undertake maintenanceof equipment as required
Assistand work with Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians,Mechanical Operators and Mechanical Fitters, Laboratory Technicianswhen working on process systems
Monitor/undertake the correct operations of all process plant andequipment
Support operations andoptimisations of daily requirements for chemical dosing associatedwith the process system
Providegeneral house keeping duties in work area
Keep update logs/record sheetsfor process asrequired

Requirements

MUST:Offshore experience (hook-up and or commissioningactivities)
