Job Title:
- Technical Project Manager (Bilingual)
1. Job Summary
- Define new project's scope, provide RFP and vendor selection support to concerned stakeholders
- Prepare and implement project plans in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure endtoend delivery for projects
- RAID Analysis, reporting and issue handling
2. Key Responsibilities
- Define new project's scope of work, objectives, and plan, clarify interdependencies between other projects, set key milestones and assign stakeholders to ensure timely release of products
- Provide support to concerned stakeholders regarding development of RFPs, selection of vendors and contractual terms and conditions based on provided input
- Manage projects developed with Agile methodologies. Playing scrum masters role in the absence of a Scrum master.
- Preparing project management plan and specifying timelines of the project with required number of sprints. Plan for MVP and deliver MVP as per the plan.
- Conduct workshops with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project master plan, governance, templates, and tools to ensure consistent project execution and timely development and release of product
- Coordinate with Product Manager to understand productrelated strategy and roadmap, prioritized initiatives, features, highlevel designs, and requirements
- Review weekly/monthly reports to evaluate project progress ensuring alignment with project plan and budget, highlight any risk, intervene when needed and provide recommendations
- Monitor and track continuously project budget and timeline to avoid deviations from plan and recommend corrective actions when needed
- Develop project management tools, methods, guidelines, and governance framework ensuring alignment with productrelated strategy and objectives
- Act as a focal point between Product Management and Software Development teams to ensure all inquiries and pending issues are properly addressed and suggested improvements are applied
- Conduct RAID analysis (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) and submit related report to higher management and Product Manager for decision making purposes: Project Reporting and Closure, Review and analyse projects' KPIs measurement results, budget expenditures and resource utilization ratios and suggest improvement action plans
- Supervise the production of highlevel designs for Traffic Service solutions and platforms development (safety and security domain)
- Oversee solution testing, solution delivery, and formal acceptance by business owner
- Contribute to project closure activities that include project closure reporting, product release, identification of lessons learnt and issuance of certificate of completion
- Analyse vendors/suppliers' performance reports, highlight key insights and suggest necessary actions to be taken by relevant stakeholders
- Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Adhere to risk management rules and regulations in delivery of own work to ensure compliance at all time
3. Job Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Experience managing and delivering projects within specific timelines, through a highly skilled technical team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Coordination and stakeholder management
- Periodic status reviews and reporting; Budget and timeline tracking
- Strong communication skills and adept at using office and presentation tools.
- Project Management tools, methods and guidelines
- RAID Analysis and reporting
- Prior experience coordinating with Product Management and Software Development teams
- Agile Project Management
Nice to Have Skills:
- RFP development and vendor selection
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Prior experience with Traffic Service solutions and platforms development (safety and security domain)
- Develop and analyse vendor/ supplier performance reports
Qualifications:
- 68 years of overall experience with at least 3 years as technical Project Manager with the rest of the experience in a technically skilled role
