Responsibilities:
- Design job description and interview questions in line with position requirements.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Plan interview and selection procedure, including screening calls, assessments
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Maintain proper records of applicants information, interactions, interview details, CVs and other details in an organized manner

Additional Requirements:
Requirements:
- 68 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role.
- Bachelor degree in human resources management or similar field.
- Experience in fullcycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
