GENERALSUMMARY

Under limitedsupervision, directly engage with and partner with product ownersand key stakeholders to efficiently drive value for the LTMPlatform and users. Learn and master the systems on the platform,the data models, and BI efforts to support the business, analysts,and developers directly and support automated testing efforts.Enhance and maintain critical system and process documentation,support month-end business efforts, and regularly contribute toincreased efficiencies and delivery of high-quality value from theplatform systems and testingframework.

PRINCIPAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Listed in order oftime-spent orimportance)

Directly partnerwith key stakeholders and team members to efficiently drive valuefor the platform systems, BI, and testing efforts via agilemethodology. Approximately half of work effort will be dedicated tosystems and BI efforts on the platform. Learn, support, and becomean expert resource on these points. In turn, support the businessmonth-end processes, BI needs, and system upgrades. The otherapproximate half of work will be to co-support automation ofregression testing efforts on the team. The role will build on theexisting framework, expand documented manual regression tests, andpartner with business users to expand, create, and continuededicated efforts accordingly. Assists in evaluation of businessrequests to determine feasibility; researches and identifiesoptions. Responds quickly and accurately to questions from businessusers and IT teams. Assists in performing task automation andimplements process improvements; recommends enhancements thatresult in increased quality and service. May work with projectteams to support requirementsgathering:

Analyzes data, sourcesystem data, etc. in support of integration ofapplications.

Facilitates theidentification of business requirements and theirdefinition.

Facilitates and/ordevelops processes to support improvement or efficiencies in thebusiness function through use oftechnology.

Performs other duties asassigned.

Education

Required:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (4+ years IT-related experience,such as System, Business, and/or Data Analysis,etc.)
