    Job Title:Business Development ManagerRiyadh

    They are currently lookingto hire an experienced Business Development Manager to join theirteam in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

    The ideal candidatewill be expected to help them achieve their business and revenuetargets through direct sales as well as identifying developing andmanaging relationships with new and existing dealers in the Saudimarket.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managemaintain support and grow relationships with all existing dealersand direct customers as per Regional Head Officestrategy
    • Implement Retail and Professionalregional strategies directed by the Regional Head Office toincrease sales and market share through our dealerchannels
    • Support Dealer sales activities bycontinuously training motivating and monitoring their performanceand recommending areas of improvement
    • Introduceand manage the Dealer Development Program and DealerKPIs
    • Forecast and manage annual businessoperating plans to achieve companytargets
    • Negotiate prices and finalize contractagreements for existing/ new potential customers/dealers incoordination with the Regional HeadOffice
    • Analyze market trends and competitoractivities to identify opportunities forgrowth
    • Prepare management reports competitivemarket analyses and dealer performancereviews
    • Execute strategic selling activities& SWOT analysis for key accounts anddealers
    • Assess dealer market potential in termsof new and existing store locations/ saleschannels
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIsas set by the Head of Sales RegionalProfessional/Retail
    • Prospect and conductregular customer field visits to enhance the market coverageaccording to the market development strategy set by the RegionalHead Office
    • Maintain and develop existing andnew customers/ dealers through appropriate valuepropositions
    • Build and develop longtermrelationships and network with senior personnel within key customeraccounts
    • Analyze competitors pricing regularlyto benchmark our product positioning in themarket
    • Collaborate with internal teams in theRegional Head Office such as Marketing Logistics Service RetailProfessional and Product management to ensure alignment ofstrategies and activities with dealers
    • Providesupport and training to dealers to ensure optimal product knowledgeand sales performance
    • Follow up with majorspecial projects for Direct sales (Auto CarWash)
    • Participate in industry or promotionalevents (conferences trade fairs and networking events) to promotethe company and its products
    • Ensure the regularusage and update of CRM
    • Ensure collection ofreceivables from customers/dealers

    Requirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Sales or Marketing from anaccredited university
    • 5 years experience ofsuccessful industrial sales experience in the region preferably inthe cleaning machinery industry
    • Very strongcommunication and negotiation skills a high degree of commercialawareness with business acumen
    • High degree ofinitiative ability to work independently and interact with seniorexecutives including board management
    • Proventrack record of achieving sales targets and building successfuldealer relationships
    • Excellent organizationaland multitasking skills
    • Ability to work in afastpaced environment
    • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills required in English Arabic is aplus
    • Willingness to travel within KSA andinternationally
