MAIN PURPOSE


The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and other stakeholders to ensure the development and implementation of HR initiatives that are aligned with organizational objectives.


The HR BP will be responsible for providing strategic HR support, coaching, and counsel to business leaders on all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address HRrelated needs and opportunities
  • Act as a consultant and coach to business leaders and employees on HRrelated matters
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all HRrelated laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop and implement staffing strategies that support business objectives of the KSA market
  • Partner with Learning & Development to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • You will meet with the HR team in the Middle East, and Senior Management in KSA.
