Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a polished and experienced Waiter to join our team at our esteemed fine dining restaurant.

As a Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing impeccable service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including specials and recommendations, and answer any questions regarding ingredients or preparation methods.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system promptly.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth service flow.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with elegance and precision, adhering to established presentation standards.
  • Monitor guests' dining experience, anticipate their needs, and promptly address any concerns or requests.
  • Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and offer additional beverages, desserts, or assistance as needed.
  • Present and process guest checks accurately, handle payments, and provide courteous farewells.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including table setup, silverware polishing, and general tidiness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high standards of service and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a waiter in a fine dining restaurant or upscale establishment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and menu terminology.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
