    About Our Client

    Our client is a renowned Investment and Financial Services company based in Riyadh.

    Job Description

    The Cyber Security Manager will be responsible for:
    • Developing and implementing overall Cybersecurity strategy in alignment with overall corporate strategy
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (CMA, SAMA, etc.)
    • Budget preparation and management for Cybersecurity
    • Delivery of Cybersecurity projects
    • Security Operations Center (SOC) management
    • Cybersecurity awareness programs and phishing testing campaigns
    • Cybersecurity architecture; design and implementation of cybersecurity tools, solutions and technologies
    • RFPs and vendor selection/management
    • Cybersecurity risk management
    • Designing strategies to identity and mitigate cybersecurity vulnerabilities
    • Working closely with internal stakeholders such as IT, Audit, Operations, etc. to improve cybersecurity posture
    • Assist with audits, and implement audit recommendations
    • Recruitment and management of cybersecurity team
    • Documentation and reporting to senior management
    • Promoting cybersecurity culture within the organisation

    The Successful Applicant

    The Cyber Security Manager will be/have:
    • At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related fields of study
    • Industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, etc.
    • 6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, ideally within banking/financial services sector
    • Led cybersecurity function in previous roles
    • Strong knowledge of SAMA and CMA cybersecurity requirements
    • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices and technologies
    • Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with various stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
    • Leadership skills
    • A Saudi national; based in/willing to relocate to Riyadh
