    OverviewTo exceed Membersexpectations by ensuring attentiveness on the gym floor assistingthem with correction instruction and advice on exercise executionto ensure their safety and maximize exercise effectiveness. Alwaysensure clean and fully operational facilities. To initiate newmember orientation and associated exercise programs to motivatemembers to strive to achieve identified health and fitnessgoals.

    • Record and monitor daily safetychecks of the gym equipment.
    • Ensure potentialhazards are dealt with and reported to theoperation.
    • Keeping the gym clean and tidymaking sure all loose equipment is stored safely afteruse.
    • Gym introductions and inductions providedto our members.
    • Demonstrates and explains howto use the gym equipment safely and effectively to ourmembers.
    • Monitor exercising customers andprovide help where needed.
    • Engagement withclients ensuring clients have towels and water or anything theyneed upon arrival.
    • Address client complaintsand questions promptly andprofessionally.
    • Attending team meetingseducation and training.
    • Attending four classesper week two Yin (Pilates/Yoga) and two Tang (HIT Boxing BootcampCycling)
    • Actively participate in training anddevelopment programs and maximize opportunities forselfdevelopment.
    • Act always by CORE policiesand procedures.
    • Appearance and hygiene areimportant always wear your clean uniform in the facility if you arenot training yourself.
    • Adhere to operatingprocedures and regulations of a fitnessfacility.

    Experiences &Qualifications Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor Minimum of 1yearexperience as an instructor or working in a fitness environment.CPR/First Aid Qualification
