    The Recruiter role is integral tosupporting Nurchure Staffing Solutions' hyper-growthstrategies as we scale the company to the next level of growth. TheRecruiter will help our recruiting team by providing exceptionalcustomer service and facilitating the submission process while theyare unavailable. This sales support role with tremendous potentialfor upward mobility is the perfect chance to jump-start your careerand grow within a thriving company.
    • Efficiently manages job order fulfillment with the mostqualified, best-fit candidates.
    • Develops andrecommends contractor/job offer details to candidates.
    • Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizingadvanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive andactive candidates.
    • Conduct phone interviews,properly assess talent, then go to the next steps.
    • Coordinate interviews with candidates and sales managers.
    • Strong knowledge of the medical field,specifically RN, LVN, and CNA
    • A background inwriting job descriptions and offer letters.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentand maintain a sense of urgency and efficiency.
    • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruitingKPI goals.
    • The ability to work under timeconstraints and with pressure decision-making decisiveness.
    • Comfortability speaking and presenting infront of small groups.
    • A drive for continuousimprovement and rapid career advancement.
    • This is not an HR position.
    Qualifications
    • Proven success in recruiting, sales, or anothermetrics-driven environment
    • 1-2 years ofexperience in a staffing agency – healthcare preferred.
    • Obsessed with creating incredible experiencesfor healthcare professionals.
