Assistant Manager - Finance

Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager - Finance is responsible for supporting financial operations and managing financial activities in the Jeddah branch The role involves working closely with the


Finance Manager and other team members to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with industry regulations, and efficient financial processes within the company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance, trends, and variances.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather financial data and support budgeting and planning processes.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, including the preparation of cash flow forecasts.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the coordination of financial audits and liaise with auditors.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide support in financial modeling, cost analysis, and business case evaluations.
  • Assist in special financial projects as required.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- years of experience in finance or accounting within the freight forwarding industry

  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, specifically in relation to freight forwarding operations.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Knowledge of industryspecific financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems used in the freight forwarding industry

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to ریال12,500.00 per month
