Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new potential customers.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate staffing services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance to management.

Experience:


  • Business Development / Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

- arabic (preferred)


License/Certification:
- driving licence (preferred)

  • Iqama (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
