Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new potential customers.- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate staffing services.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to management.

Experience:
- Business Development / Sales: 2 years (preferred)
