    Job Description
    Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Help meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company s rapid and sustainable growth. The role involves face-to-face sales-based communications with customers. Owning and managing the strategic business growth through existing customers as well as onboarding new customers.
    Responsibilities & Duties
    Strategically develop pipeline to grow existing and new customer base with innovative service offerings
    Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    Develop quotations and proposals to be presented to potential new customers
    Track and record activity of new accounts, submit weekly sales reports and present at Group sales meetings
    Reviewing and increasing customer rates on an annual basis or as required
    Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media and any other sales means required
    Create frequent reviews and reports with required sales and financial data to support forecast visibility and achieving budget
    Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards in collaboration with divisional departments
    Understanding, researching and providing intel or competitive market feedback
    Working with the marketing team on converting leads from marketing events and initiatives
    Own and complete the CRM tool with daily, weekly and monthly updates
    Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
    Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
    Own and manage the Go To Market Pipeline and Strategy
    Working closely with the Partnership Success Managers on existing customers and passing on new customers for the successful onboarding process

    Desired Experience:
    Minimum of 10 Years of Experience
    Logistics and Supply chain experience required
