- Project Leadership : Lead and manage a team of consultants and engineers in the planning, design, and execution of complex water infrastructure projects.
- Client Engagement : Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, comprehending their specific water-related challenges and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Regulatory Compliance : Stay current with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards pertaining to potable water and wastewater management, and ensure that projects are executed in accordance with these requirements.
- Quality Assurance : Implement rigorous quality control procedures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality and efficient water solutions.
- Innovation : Identify opportunities for innovation and sustainability in water management practices and technologies, and integrate them into project strategies.
- Budget and Timeline Management : Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
- Team Development : Mentor and foster the professional development of junior staff members, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in potable water and wastewater engineering, with a track record of success in managing complex projects and leading teams, preferably in the GCC.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Profound knowledge of industry standards and regulations governing potable water and wastewater management.
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, GIS, and hydraulic modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
