Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive sales strategies
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset
  • Technical sales experience is a plus
  • Currently Available in Jeddah
  • Male or Female
