    We areactively recruiting skilled painters with industrial paintingexperience. Your job will be critical to the finished product as itreflects on both practical and aesthetic of our conexes. Anexcellent painter is knowledgeable in selecting the right materialfor their job. They have experience in painting with various toolsand in various heights and spaces while observing all safetymeasures. They must be reliable and deft as well as possess greatattention to detail in completing their duties. The goal is todeliver high-quality paint work every time, everyday.

    Essential Duties&Responsibilities

    • Readinstructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amountof work necessary.
    • Prepare walls andother surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removingold paint etc.
    • Masks, removes,covers, or otherwise protects hardware, trim, and other non paintedsurfaces.
    • Applies paint to interiorand exterior surfaces using sprayers and othertools.
    • Fill cracks and holes withappropriate material (e.g.plaster).
    • Mix paint and othermaterials to prepare the right color ortexture.
    • Paint surfaces according toinstructions with varioustools.
    • Apply varnish and otherfinishes.
    • Know, understand andadhere to all health and safetyprecautions.


    Requirements

    • Provenexperience as a painter with great attention todetail.
    • Excellent knowledge ofpainting material and how to select, mix and applythem
    • Able to stand, reach, bend andstoop for prolonged periods of time, have adequate balance andability to climb ladders.
    • Must beable to lift up to 40 pounds attimes.
    • Solid knowledge of commercialand/or construction paintingtechniques
    • Aptitude in usingappropriate tools (brushes, caulking gunsetc.)
    • Good basic mathskills
    • Must be able to distinguishamong colors
    • High school diploma;successful completion of anapprenticeship
