Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sub-Contracts Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Sub-Contracts Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing sub-contracts for complex projects.

You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of sub-contracts, adherence to contractual requirements, and mitigation of risks.

Responsibilities:


  • Review and evaluate subcontract documentation, including terms and conditions
  • Identify and assess risks associated with subcontracts, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Negotiate and finalize subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and track subcontract performance, including deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the execution of subcontracts
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Prepare and present reports on subcontract performance to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in subcontract management in the Oil & Gas domain.
  • Proven track record in managing and negotiating subcontracts for complex projects
  • Strong knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate risks associated with subcontracts
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in project management software/tools
