• Description: About theOpportunity: We are on the lookout for a UI/UX Designerwith a keen eye for design and expertlevel HTML/CSS skills to joinour forwardthinking team. In this role youll bridge the gap betweengraphical design and technical implementation playing a key role inboth the visual conception and the live implementation of newapplications and features. Your responsibility extends beyond mereaesthetics; youll be the architect of intuitive user experiencesand ensure accessible responsive frontend design. RoleResponsibilities
  • Lead the design ofuser interfaces for web and mobile applications focusing onoptimizing user engagement through intuitive and compellingdesigns.
  • Convert UI/UX design wireframes toactual code that will produce visual elements of the applicationensuring a seamless translation from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with product management andengineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions forproduct direction visuals and experience.
  • Create and maintain digital assets such as interfacedesign files wireframes and interactive mockups using design andprototyping tools.
  • Write highquality HTML/CSScode with responsiveness and crossbrowser compatibility in mind.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate userfeedback to enhance the usability of the product.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines best practicesand standards across the organization.
  • Stayabreast of the latest UI/UX trends techniques and technologiesinfusing them into our design practices to enhance usersatisfaction.
  IdealCandidate:
  • Brings a portfolioshowcasing UI/UX design skills with a strong understanding ofHTML/CSS coding.
  • Has the ability to craftvisually appealing designs as well as convert them into livefunctional web interfaces.
  • Possesses a solidgrasp of design principles and usercentered design methodologies.
  • Is proficient in HTML5 CSS3 and modern webdesign tools (e.g. Sketch Figma Adobe XD).
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of responsive designand can code HTML and CSS.
  • Is selfmotivatedand capable of working in a fastpaced iterative developmentenvironment.
  • Has excellent problemsolvingskills creative thinking and a keen attention to detail.
  • Exhibits strong communication skills and theability to articulate design decisions and collaborate withnondesign stakeholders.
