- Have a deep understanding of associated operations and the integration of assets within the industry.
- Possess expertise or knowledge in conducting technoeconomic feasibility studies.
- Have knowledge and experience in venturing activities such as commercialization spinoffs or joint venturing.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Commercial/BD Specialist to join the Strategy BD & Market Impact Division of the LTC Business & Project Development Department. The Strategy BD & Market Impact Division is responsible for four main areas: Strategy & Business Development Market Intelligence Economical & Financial analysis and general program support. The Commercial/BD Specialist primary role is to bring insights into various Oil Gas/Petchem markets and sectors to uncover and develop business opportunities that would lead to one of several transaction types namely merger & acquisition joint venture partnership divestitures and / or thirdparty outsourcing projects. Helps in sourcing screening analyzing planning and developing new business ventures or a portfolio of ventures; provides highlevel professional expertise in the development and management of new business ventures; assists Department in leading business portfolios and managing development of commercial agreements; providing administrative direction to analysts in reviewing legal documents; supports projects in managing negotiation strategy and execution.
