Bühler Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for a passionate individual to join our team as Field Service Coordinator Trainee.

This is a fixed two years on the job-training program to develop you to a fully trained Bühler Field Service Coordinator with exciting and rewarding career opportunities.

Diversity

Tasks

  • Organize the activities of technical service engineers and support execution of services.
  • Coordinate with Area Service Managers, Service Managers and Project Managers for scheduling of resources at job sites.
  • Dispatch personnel to the customer's job site, communicating with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and guide the field service technicians.
  • Maintain master data of SAP, field service engineers scheduling system and coordinate travel arrangements for them.
  • Ensure that the service team members are on hand to complete work on time and according to customer expectations by interfacing with field engineers, clients, thirdparty suppliers, and field coordinators to ensure the smooth operation of field activities, including field safety and work quality.
  • Track and document change orders to ensure proper billing at project completion.
  • Record keeping and arrangement of field service engineers' skills and training requirements.
  • Develop written reporting procedures for all field service work performed.
Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering degree is an advantage.
  • 02 years of working experience.
  • Project/ customer service coordination experience is an added advantage.
  • Fluent communication skill in English language.
Preferred qualifications

  • Organizational skills including the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Able to work independently and within specified guidelines or processes.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Customer service attitude & proactive approach.
