Job Purpose:


To assist in the collection and entering of employee data as well as maintaining and supporting the development and implementation of new/improved HR policies, systems, and procedures to ensure they are reflective of regulations and effectively support Hikma.


  • Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Follows the daytoday operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
  • Collects, analyses, and collates employee data into various reports in order to comply with internal or statutory requirements.
  • Provides a range of services to internal customers, following up as necessary, in order to ensure employees' HR needs are met. Assists in the preparation of various HR documents in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.
  • Assists in the optimization of the HR system functionality in order to ensure consequent reliability of output produced for management teams.
  • Supports the organization in organizing HR related documents in order to maintain simplified tracking and retrieval of information.
  • Assists in the writing and organizing of Hikma policies and procedures in order to meet the needs of the company.
  • Supports management of disciplinary and grievance issues in order to maintain a healthy working environment.
  • Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
  • Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Human Resources to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards. Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Monitor and control all third parties contracts and services, listed and not limited to: Security, Housekeeping, General Waste, Grocery, Stationary and Food Supply.
  • Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:


  • Minimum Qualifications: Diploma degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 03 years relevant experience in the field of Human Resources.
