    Overview Position Audit & Compliance Senior Manager Job Code Reports to Head of Compliance & QA Direct Reports Manager's, SMP ' s and Consultants Division Sindalah Department Role Purpose To act as the tactical arm of the Compliance & QA department, responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing compliance and quality assurance audits. This role ensures that Sindalah Island is always ahead of any potential risks or lapses, thereby maintaining its 7-star reputation.Key Accountabilities & Activities Key Responsibilities
    • Implement and manage audit strategies as designed by the Head of Compliance & QA, ensuring a seamless flow from strategy to execution
    • Develop and conduct internal and external audits, both scheduled and surprise, to ensure ongoing compliance and quality assurance
    • Coordinate with department heads for effective pre-audit preparations and post-audit improvements
    • Train and supervise auditors and compliance officers under your purview, assuring top-tier performance
    • Keep abreast of all relevant local and international compliance regulations and quality assurance benchmarks, integrating them into the audit process
    • Prepare and present insightful audit reports to the Head of Compliance & QA, suggesting actionable improvements
    • Identify and assess areas of significant business risk, both operational and strategic, reporting them to senior management
    • Engage with external regulatory bodies and audit organizations, ensuring that Sindalah Island is always in alignment with the latest standards

    • Aligning the audit and compliance functions with Sindalah Island's overall strategy, focusing on the 7-star guest experience.
    • Ensuring that the policies around audits and compliance are seamlessly integrated with organizational goals.

    • Upholding the highest levels of governance and ethical conduct across all areas of responsibility, while also ensuring that these standards are consistently applied throughout Sindalah Island.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Fostering strong internal and external relationships, ensuring that auditing and compliance are not operated in silos but are collaborative efforts that impact all areas of the organization.
    Innovation & Process Improvement
    • Taking a proactive role in identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and pioneering innovative audit and compliance methods that set industry standards.
    Background, Skills & Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience
    • Mastery of ultra-luxury property management and the unique nuances that come with a 7-star experience.
    • Extensive knowledge of international trends and innovations in the ultra-luxury real estate and hospitality sectors.
    • In-depth understanding of the needs and preferences of ultra-high net worth individuals.
    • Comprehensive grasp of global and local legal frameworks concerning luxury property and hospitality management.
    • Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of building and maintaining a culture of excellence and high-performance teams.
    • Superlative communication skills, with an ability to engage meaningfully with ultra-high net worth clients and high-end retail and F&B partners.
    • Advanced negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities tailored to an ultra-luxury setting.
    • Adept in strategic foresight, capable of aligning short-term actions with long-term vision.
    • At least 15 years in the luxury property management sector, with a minimum of 5 years in ultra-luxury establishments.
    • Demonstrable experience in managing ultra-luxury estates or islands, preferably with international exposure.
    • Proven ability to work seamlessly with high-end retail and F&B outlets, as well as other luxury service providers.
    • Successful record of managing large, diverse teams in a culture of excellence.
    Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Luxury Brand Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields from a prestigious institution.
    • Recognized professional certifications in Property Management or similar.
    • Additional qualifications in law or finance from reputable institutions, with a focus on luxury or international markets, would be highly advantageous.
