    Blue Code Alicante is lookingfor a part time (20h per week) Personal Assistant / Administrativelocated in Alicante to provide personalized secretarial andadministrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Youwill work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related tomanager s working life and communication. Personal Assistantresponsibilities include:
    • Act as thepoint of contact between the manager and his contacts
    • Screen anddirect phone calls and distributecorrespondence
    • Handlerequests and queriesappropriately
    • Managediary and schedule meetings andappointments
    • Maketravelarrangements
    • Sourceofficesupplies
    • Producereports, presentations andbriefs
    • Deviseand maintain office filingsystem


    Requirements

    • Provenwork experience as a Personal Assistant / Administrative orsimilar
    • Knowledgeof office management systems andprocedures
    • MSOfficeexperience
    • Outstandingorganisational and time managementskills
    • Abilityto multitask and prioritize dailyworkload
    • Excellentverbal and written communications skills in English and Spanish.Dutch is a big nice to have but notrequiered
