Administrates,develops, and evaluates the goals and objectives of the Employee Social Club(ESC). Coordinates with the ESC Executive Committee. Conducts surveys throughthe various services and activities to assess the needs and interests of OrganizationEmployees and Dependents.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

1- Administrates the ESC in a manner that will assist in carrying out theobjectives of the ESC and ensures that activities are within the approved ESCbyelaws and are not in conflict with the policies and procedures of the KingFaisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (Gen. Org.).

2- Serves as a member of Committees related to theEmployee Social Club, as assigned.


3- Prepares the ESC's proposed various plans,programs, and projects to be submitted for approval by the President of theEmployee Social Club or his designee.

4- Coordinates and negotiates with contractors andvendors for the provision of services for the benefit of Organization employeesand dependents.

5- Recommends the hire, promotion, and termination ofemployees under the employment of the Employee Social Club within setemployment guidelines.

7- Reviews all annual evaluations and re-contractingpaperwork for employees in the employment of the Employee Social Club.

8- Initiates, contacts and coordinates with outsideagencies, companies and organizations for specific discounts benefits formembers of the ESC.


Education:

Master'sor Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration orrelated discipline required.


Experience Required:


Three (3) years of related experience withMaster's or five (5) years with Bachelor's Degree, including two (2) years at a(supervisory/senior) position is required.


Other Requirements(Certificates):

Saudi National only.
