We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HRrelated matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including compensation, health insurance, and leave management.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR systems and records.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems.
نبحث عن مدير موارد بشرية ماهر وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن إشراف جميع جوانب إدارة الموارد البشرية داخل منظمتنا. ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية لدعم أهدافنا التجارية وضمان رفاهية ونجاح موظفينا.


المسؤوليات:
- تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات وبرامج الموارد البشرية وفقًا للقوانين والتشريعات المحلية.
- إدارة دورة حياة الموظف بالكامل، بما في ذلك التوظيف والتدريب وإدارة الأداء وإنهاء الخدمة.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة، بالإضافة إلى القوانين والتشريعات العمل المحلية.
- تقديم الإرشاد والدعم للموظفين والمديرين في المسائل المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية، بما في ذلك العلاقات العامة للموظفين وحل المشكلات واتخاذ إجراءات التأديب.
- الإشراف على إدارة فوائد الموظفين، بما في ذلك التعويضات والتأمين الصحي وإدارة الإجازات.
- إجراء تدقيقات دورية لضمان دقة البيانات والامتثال لأنظمة وسجلات الموارد البشرية.
- متابعة أحدث اتجاهات إدارة الموارد البشرية وأفضل الممارسات، وتقديم توصيات للتحسين المستمر.


المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال إدارة الموارد البشرية.
- معرفة قوية بقوانين وتشريعات العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية.
- مهارات اتصال وتواصل ممتازة.
- القدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة والسرية بمهنية ونزاهة.
- قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
- إلمام برامج وأنظمة الموارد البشرية.


Salary:
ریال5, ریال7,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Human Resources Manament: 1 year (preferred)
