With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Planner to join their dynamic team.


Position Overview:


As a Project Planner, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing project activities within the facilities management sector.

Leveraging your extensive experience in both facilities management and project management, you will contribute to the successful execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Scheduling:


  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to create detailed schedules.
  • Monitor and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.

Resource Management:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify resource requirements for projects.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and meet project objectives.

Risk Management:


  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Foster effective communication among project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Budget Oversight:


  • Work closely with the finance team to monitor project budgets.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities without compromising project quality.

Quality Assurance:


  • Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Facilities Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Project Management.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing project schedules.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
