Job Summary
:
Spa Director, or Spa Manager,oversees all aspects of running a spa, including the staff, finances, and facility management.

The responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, managing schedules and staff related issues, and tending to the needs of guests.


Education Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or relevant field; Cosmetology or any spa-related experience Management experience; Above 5 years relevant experience.
