Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Innovation Construction Method Lead


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Lead formulation and operationalization of the MMC Demand Function strategy and initiatives inline with mandate and priorities.
  • Define MMC Demand Function operating model and governance structure including key procedures, policies, tools, etc.
  • Set MMC Demand Function performance targets, in coordination with organization Leadership.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team, monitor submission of progress reports, and discuss latest updates.
  • Manage risks and oversee implementation of preventive/ corrective actions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track new technologies and technology providers through prioritized sources to discover the latest advancements in MMC and FMC to emerging startups and technology providers potentially interested in collaboration.
  • Conduct technology assessment of technologies based on the assessment network in two main dimensions attractiveness, KSA competitive advantage and develop technology recommendations for strategic agenda and pilots.
  • Maintain lists of sources, lists of (prioritized) technologies and lists of technology providers / startups / R&Ds to provide them when required (e.g. selecting technology provider for pilot)
  • Review and approve the data sources prioritization and the lead prioritization criteria and provide inputs when possible.
  • Align on the engaged technology providers and ensure that they are aligned with the strategic direction of the initiative in collaboration with other functions.
  • Oversee the journey of technology providers through the MMC workstream across all stages and provide guidance and inputs where required.
  • Coach and guide team members to ensure continuous transfer of knowhow and positive work environment.
  • Set individual objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate team, and provide formal and informal feedback sessions.
  • Provide access to training programs for team members to maximize function performance.
  • Engage with relevant internal/ external stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment & collaboration.
  • Ensure development of adhoc reports and provide key insights & inputs ( _as required _)
  • Report on progress to organization Leadership and highlight areas of support.

Education and Typical Experience
Urban Engineer / Planning Engineer or relevant

  • 8 experience
