- Lead production optimization solutions forexisting producing wells and future development areas.
- Take responsibility for well and field productionperformance conducting integrated production system modeling usingmaterial balance Nodal Analysis and surface Network Software(ProsperGAPMbal; or similar software).
- Conductroutine well and reservoir surveillance diagnose problem wellsproficiently implement downhole remediation practices and preparefield operational procedures.
- Ensure theimplementation of adequate well startup and shut down proceduresfor gas and oil wells.
- Perform dailyproduction monitoring and well surveillance.
- Possess a deep understanding of well loading issues welldeliquification practices and production best practices.
- Plan and program field/well opportunities developsurveillance plans and provide support for businessplanning.
- Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to define and update the field completion/stimulationstrategy.

- Hold a Bachelors degreein petroleum engineering from a recognized and approvedprogram.
- Possess fifteen years of experiencein production engineering and production optimization including atleast ten years in unconventional production engineering andoptimization.
- Demonstrate strong expertise inunconventional behaviors well performance analysis and fluiddynamics.
- Be proficient in simulation softwareand modeling using material balance Nodal Analysis and surfaceNetwork Software (ProsperGAPPipesim OLGA; or similarsoftware).
- Bring experience in unconventionalresources or HPHT/tight gas & oil wells with a goodunderstanding of hydraulic fracturing especially its impact onflowback/production practices.
- Have workingknowledge in production assurance and optimization of naturalflowing oil and gas wells.
- Exhibit the abilityto assist in the development and implementation of flow assurancetechniques programs and operational procedures.
- Possess knowledge of industry regulations safetypractices and environmental standards.

We areseeking a Production Engineering Specialist to join the JRAKEngineering and SGNA Engineering divisions of Well CompletionOperation & Production Engineering Department.
