    Worksdirectly under the Office Manager and with our Project Managers toensure all
    administrative tasksare efficiently and effectively implemented. Must have stronginterpersonal skills, the
    abilityto manage multiple tasks, and a wide breadth of experiencecompleting all office andadministrative
    responsibilities.

    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain positive and professional staff and clientrelationships
    • Answer the phone witha pleasant voice and positiveattitude
    • Type out correspondenceletters, emails, memos, etc. (paper and electronic); and prepareoutgoing mail and packages
    • Assist inpreparation of reports, plans, and permitapplications
    • Use and monitor officeequipment
    • Monitor office suppliesand order or re-stock as needed
    • Ensure office is kept clean and organized and presentable at alltimes
