Operations & Support Program Director


MBR Partners is seeking a senior Operations Program Director for a major smart city project in Saudi Arabia - this is an opportunity to be engaged in one of the world's major development projects.


Education:


  • Master's degree in management or technology field (Highly preferred) Or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:


  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, operation management role, or equivalent role.
  • Proven experience in Operation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to drive safety and create a safe working environment.
  • Lead and foster operations within a team environment, ensuring efficient workflows and team collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Develop and maintain sitespecific documentation and quality assurance information.
  • Interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirements, ensuring all obligations are met.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and partners.
  • Plan and organize operations with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
  • Lead by example, delegating responsibilities effectively, and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Exhibit persistence, perseverance, and patience in challenging situations.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (as specified).
  • Proven experience in project and operations management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • A commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
