    Theteam has a new opportunity for an experienced client coordinator /workforce shift scheduler to roster nurses & care workersto regular and short notice shifts and build engaging and trustedrelationships with
    KeyResponsibilitiesinclude:
    • Developingtrusted and ongoing stakeholder relationships with clients,permanent & casual
    • Managingdaily and weekly shift rostering of nurses and care
    • Quickly& efficiently identify and reallocate staff resources, when
    • Keepingworkforce and scheduling database current and up to
    • Monitornurses and care worker ongoing compliance (, checking shift notesare compliant, professional development and training is up to dateand documentation and certifications arecurrent).
    • Providegeneral administrative support to the recruitment teams, as
    • Relevantad-hoc duties, as


    Requirements


    Theideal person is a specialist in rostering high volumes of casualworkers and has experience of working in the Healthcare sector,preferably with a nursing or care worker agency and / or NDIS
    Youwill be naturally organised and have experience of using a range ofscheduling software and staff management tools, but also be an outthe box thinker and enjoy problem solving with the stamina anddetermination to always deliver the best client
    Youmust have a positive can do attitude and be a highly skilledcommunicator able to quickly build relationships and rapport withclients and workers and most importantly you must be committed todelivering exceptional market leading customer
    Specifically,you willneed:
    • Experiencein agency-based casual workforce scheduling and rostering, withprevious experience of working in the healthcare / NDIS sectorbeing highly
    • Goodsystem skills and knowledge of (MS window, Excel & PowerPoint) with knowledge of Zoho & Brevity being highly
    • Highlyproficient verbal & written communication, stakeholdermanagement and relationship building
    • Skillsto be able to utilize and update staff scheduling database to gainthe maximum value from the people and rostering
    • Excellenttime management and organisational skills with the ability tomulti-task and prioritise work, able to manage to manage oftencompeting requests for
    • Effectivenumerical, critical thinking and analytical
    • Confidencedealing with ambiguity and changing
