- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
- Work efficientlyunder high-volume, high-pressure situations
- Proficient inWindows, Office 365, Outlook, Adobe, Microsoft Word andExcel
- Highly proficient with spreadsheets
- Experience withbudgeting and forecasting

- College degree or current audit work experienceequivalent
- 10+ years of relevant premium audit industryexperience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Demonstrate a workingknowledge of premium audit industry standards
- Demonstrate a workingknowledge of company and regulatory manual rules and state bureauaudit requirements
- Must be able to travel as required
- Prior customerservice experience preferred
- Current experience with visual auditsoftware preferred
