CSG Talent has been exclusively retained by a large Saudi Arabian organisation to assist them in an exciting new project.


We are carrying out a global search to secure the skills and experience of a high-calibre Poultry Project Manager to lead a large greenfield project to build a state-of-the-art poultry processing facility in Saudi Arabia.

You will be the expert in large-scale poultry processing and will provide advisory services to the organisation in areas such as plant machinery, factory layout, and infrastructure.


We envisage this to be a 12-18 month build project, could be extended so flexibility will be required and there is an opportunity to remain with the business once the factory is up and running.

The organisation has big plans.

They have the land ready for the poultry farms and the factory is being designed to process somewhere in the region of 300m birds per year.

Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute the project in accordance with the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety requirements, and environmental standards
  • Provide expert advice on plant machinery, factory layout, and infrastructure, to ensure optimal operational efficiency and production output
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, architects and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Manage project resources effectively and efficiently, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Oversee the construction, installation, and commissioning of the processing facility and associated infrastructure
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identify and address issues, and recommend corrective actions as required

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in the poultry industry, ideally from an operations or engineering background
  • Excellent knowledge of largescale poultry processing, plant machinery, factory layout, and infrastructure
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to lead and motivate others
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and work in a multicultural environment
  • Substantial salary package (open to negotiation) with zero tax
  • Accommodation provided two fully furnished properties, one situated in a city/urban environment and the other located near to the site
  • Cost of visas will be covered for yourself and family, should you look to bring family with you
  • Cost towards education/schools for children
  • Flexible holiday and flight costs covered
